Being that I'm a writer, my caption game is strong! Keeping up with trends, communicating the brand in fun ways, and keeping the audience coming back are all things copy has the power to do, and paired with amazing visuals makes for a follow-worthy feed!

COMMUNITY
MANAGEMENT
One of the rewarding parts of community management is getting these kinds of direct interactions with guests and users. Having users react positively to content is the best feeling and being able to respond to them in gratitude is what building community is all about!
Resolving guest concerns through reviews and social is a job that informs us on how to take feedback to build back stronger. Solving thousands of pieces of negative feedback and reviews turned me into a great communicator who puts guests first.
